The club offers savings on bus travel across our UK network and can provides employees at your company with monthly travel passes at specially discounted rates.
Who can apply?
An Employer travel club scheme is a great solution if you don't have your own staff benefits or HR team to support ticket orders internally. This means we work with a range of organisations across the UK including NHS Trusts, call centres, shopping centres and even large factories.
Benefits
For the organisation
- The organisation signs up to the Travel Club
- In return, Arriva provides discounted travel for employees
- Employees set up a monthly direct debit with Arriva
- Arriva handles all the administration
For the employee
- The employee sets up payment via Direct Debit
- They will then receive Monthly tickets (and Flexi-day tickets in some areas) which offer unlimited bus travel every month in the zone(s) of their choice
- Tickets can be sent by post or delivered directly to the Arriva UK Bus app
- There is no minimum contract. Staff can join and leave when they want
- Up to two children can travel free with the ticket holder at weekends and bank holidays (excludes m-tickets)
