Types of travel vouchers
Our travel vouchers can be exchanged on Arriva buses for the equivalent ticket. Our travel vouchers include:
- Single and Return journeys
- Day Saver tickets
- Weekly Saver tickets
- 4-Weekly Saver tickets
Valid for up to a year
All travel vouchers come with a 12 month validation date, so your customers will have a year in which to use them.
Simply order them from your regional Business Travel contact and pay using a debit or credit card or we can issue a 30-day invoice. You can find contact details for our Business Travel team below.
How to use travel vouchers
Your customer simply swaps their voucher with our bus driver on board one of our services for the relevant bus ticket.
This ticket can then be used for unlimited travel on any Arriva bus for the rest of that day, week or month, depending on the voucher they've exchanged.
