Queens Drive will be closed between Dovedale Road and North Mossley Hill Road from Monday 20 April 2026 for approximately 3 weeks.

From Monday 20th April for approximately 6 months, services will be unable to serve Albert Road in Widnes due to the pedestrianisation works.
For the duration of these works services will divert via Marzahn Way onto Peelhouse Lane and resuming normal route towards Liverpool.
Journeys towards Runcorn are unaffected.
Diversion Services 79 166 & 188 Baileys Lane Halewood
Due to a move in the position of the roadworks on Baileys Lane, Halewood, services 79, 166 & 188 will divert via Hollies Rd & Wood Rd in both directions, omitting a section of Leathers Lane, Baileys Lane & Church Rd. Delays are possible, please allow extra time for your journey
